Normally I can tell my period is coming because my patience disappears and everything feels like a bigger deal than it is. This month I got through that week and only realised afterwards how much calmer I’d felt.

The individual sticks are honestly my favourite part. I keep a couple in my handbag and just mix one when I’m at work or out for the day.

I usually have mine in the afternoon and it’s become a nice little reset during my workday. I like that it doesn’t feel like drinking another coffee.

I finished the first box and went a few days without it before my next one arrived. That’s when I realised how much I actually liked having it in my routine. Definitely keeping this stocked.
